Provision of the information about the auction
 

The announcement of the sale or lease of a land plot shall appear in the Information Bulletin of Privatisation published by the State Property Fund,
which may be obtained or subscribed to in the state company State Property Fund.

Application for participation in the auction
 

Potential buyers or leaseholders shall submit applications , addressed to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, to the County Governor, to authorize the acquisition of a non-agricultural plot of land. Note: authorizations for the acquisition of non-agricultural plots of land shall be issued only to national and foreign subjects specified in the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Lithuania.

Registration of Bidders
 

A person who wants to register as a bidder must submit the appropriate documents to the Commission for Auction of Non-agricultural Plots of State-owned Land (‘the Commission for Auction’) at the following address:

  Holding the Auction
 

An auction of new non-agricultural plots of state-owned land shall be held in the following location:

Approving the results of the auction
 

Protocol of the Commission for Auction is signed, and the results of the auction shall be approved by the decision of the Vilnius City Municipality’s Board.

Preparing, drawing up and signing of the contract for the purchase-sale or lease of the land plot
 

This contract and the certificate of the land plot transfer shall be signed by the Vilnius County Governor’s Administration and the successful bidder in the auction for the sale or lease of land or his or her authorized person.
